Vericut
Vericut is an advanced software program that interactively simulates
the material removal process of an NC tool path to show exactly
what takes place in the manufacturing environment. Vericut features
full 3D, solid model, shaded simulation of the material removal
process as well as providing the means to analyze the output for
part geometry accuracy, tool movement, and gouge-checking. In
addition, Vericut can be used for optimization by automatically
determining the best feed rate for each segment of a tool path
based upon machining conditions and volume removal rates.
