PMM Employee Education Benefit


PMM is very interested in improving the skills of its employees and thus conducts a continuous education program. In addition, PMM provides assistance with formalized education. Formalized Education PMM offers the opportunity to meet your educational goals at its expense! The following guidelines apply: Precision Machine and Manufacturing will pay for attending the review classes to prepare for taking the General Education Diploma test accredited by the State of Oklahoma. Precision Machine and Manufacturing will also reimburse the employee for the cost of taking the exam. This is due to our request, but not requirement, that all employees attain a GED or High School Diploma. Precision Machine and Manufacturing will pay for job specific training as deemed necessary by the company for each employee in order for him/her to do their job to the best of their ability. This would include, but not be limited to, Vo-Tech Classes, Professional Training, and On the Job Training. Precision Machine and Manufacturing will pay for college credit hours from an accredited college or university. This will be limited to classes that are directly related to an employee's job or classes directly related to attaining a college degree. All of the above reimbursements will be for tuition and books only. Note: PMM will not reimburse the employee if tuition and books are funded by any other means such as scholarships, grants, etc. This is on the honor system, but will be subject to investigation if warranted. Reimbursements will be made only after the employee has completed the education or training and attained a "C" or better grade and furnishes proof of completion and grade to PMM. All of the above reimbursements are contingent upon the employee completing one year of employment with Precision Machine and Manufacturing
