Holidays
As a PMM employee, you receive the following paid holidays:
New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Day. In most cases to be eligible for holiday pay, you must be
on the active payroll for 14 days or more. top 
Vacation
The PMM vacation plan provides you with one week (40
hours) of paid vacation. As your years of service increase so
will the number of vacation days up to a maximum of 15 days beginning
with your 10th year of service. top 
Health Care, Disability and Life Insurance
PMM offers a competitive health plan to protect you and
family members in the event of illness, injury, disability, or
death. If you have an existing medical condition, in most cases
it will be covered under our plans. Prescription drugs, vision,
dental, mental health and substance abuse are also covered.
To provide financial protection if you are disabled or die, the
company offers a variety of insurance coverages. These plans include
life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance,
short-term and long-term disability insurance.
PMM pays the cost of coverage under some of these plans; however,
employee enrollment and contributions are required for coverage
under most plans. top 
Pension Plan
PMM offers a 401K retirement plan through MassMutual. You may join this plan after 1 year of service and contribute on a pretax basis. You may contribute up to 15 percent of your base salary. There are 11 investment funds to choose from. Investment changes can be made on a daily basis and you may obtain loans against the balance. You may also be able to roll money from your prior employer into the plan. top
