PMM's High Production Facility is located in Owasso, Oklahoma. To date, this facility has been used to produce cylinder engine head assemblies for the world's largest manufacturer of general aviation piston engines. Since cylinder engine head assemblies are flight critical, this facility is subject to FAA scrutiny. As a sole source supplier, PMM produces many thousands of these flight critical assemblies every year.

PMM began to incorporate Lean Manufacturing  principles in 1999. The impact on its operations has been impressive:
